innovative casting machine for sculptures

From: Napoleon Mordas

Comments

Dear Reader, Iíve decided to send you some information about my PROPRIETARY casting machine that Iíve invented and built a prototype of. It facilitates my efforts to create original sculptures. My machine heats up metal into a liquid which is then sprayed into the mold. Sculptures are casted out of pewter and coated with bronze (could be any metal). I can mix metal with bone, epoxy, glass etcÖ while casting a sculpture. Weight approximately over 100 lbs. for life size statue. Sculptures are empty inside shell. Average thickness of walls 1 /4 ě to 1 /2 ě. Some interesting effects can be achieved when this spraying technique is used that are impossible when using lost wax investment mold casting technique. I was very frustrated with the cost (about $15 K for life size statue) and waiting time to get my sculptures casted in the foundry in the USA. ITíS A LESS EXPENSIVE WAY OF GETTING SCULPTURES CASTED. If I can be of any assistance to you I would be happy to help you with your casting needs.
