Oldenburg Sues/Everybody Sues/ Sculpture Sits
Big brou-ha-ha in So-Cal.
Oldenburg was commissioned to do a big piece for the Disney Music Center in LA. Evidently after doubling the budget, its still not done, everybody is pointing the finger at everybody else, and Oldenberg wants to spend $350,000 on an engineer just to analyse the problem and suggest solutions- http://www.latimes.com/news/local/la...,3755190.story
