Question on UK copyright law
Hi one and all
I am designing a specific type of garden planter unique in design. Does anyone know if this automatically becomes 'my design' and cannot be copied by anyone else? Thanks in advance for any replies |

Re: Question on UK copyright law
Dear Buckswizz
I am not a lawyer and do not know UK copyright law, however... If you are a know designer with lots of designs to your credit, then it could be argued that this is your profession and the copy right would automatically be yours under EU law. If this is a one of and you have never done this before then, simple mail yourself a several good photos of the work by registered post and don't open the letter when you receive it. You can then present it in court if you need it but it can only be opened by a court official. Otherwise search the net for EU copyright laws. Hope this helps Blake
