You could for example print on a4 using a normal printer then increase to an a3 or a2 etc, then reinforce the paper with thin wood on that scale.
As concluded in the video, the programme is ok if you want the blocky aesthetic or to use the shape as a general maquette but for detail other technologies such as 3d printing and also using 123d catch and 123d make are better for that.
