ISC Conference - Travel costs?
 

I'm not sure whether this is already available, but does ISC have group travel/accommodation rates for the conferences? If not, how possible would this be? I’d love to go to the conferences, but the cost of everything is just mind-boggling...and that’s just me being in Canada (eh? ;)) thinking about going to New Orleans.

I am giving it some serious thought. I lived in New Orleans in the mid-80's and would like to visit again....Been far too long ;)

Hi Julianna,
We have secured discounted hotel blocks at two properties in New Orleans for this Fall's symposium. We have a block at Le Cirque with rates from $99-$109 (plus taxes) depending on the type of room and we also have a block at the Hampton Inn & Suites with a rate of $80 (plus taxes) single/double. Both properties are within walking distance of the symposium activities. Unfortunately, we do not have any discounted travel rates, such as plane, set-up as this is a smaller scale event and it has been our experience individuals can get some good or even better deals on the internet than we would be able to secure.
