Chinese artist. He obviously sells this stuff, as it is not cheap to make.
Also, obviously, he has little elves helping him make it.

Pop Art occurred at a particular time in the development of our self awareness of our consumer culture- for us, that was 1962 or so.
But that moment may be occurring only now, in China.
