Exclamation Strange, Arty, & Sublime Homes & Gardens

Hi Sculptors!

I am working on a show for HGTV called OFFBEAT
AMERICA. It’s about people that have built or created
wacky, unusual, off-the-beaten path homes and/or
gardens (it airs on HGTV, Sundays at 6pm EST although
it's about to move onto a primetime spot.) For
example, one show included a couple that lived in a
cave for 25 years, a woman who took two years to bead
the interior of her home solely with mardi gras beads,
and a man with three lush tree-homes that he called
“Mind,” “Spirit,” and “Body.”

A link to OFFBEAT AMERICA:

Another example: my friend just wrote to me and said
she knows someone that lives in a house shaped like a
glass of champagne. Exactly what I'm looking for.

If you have an idea of something OR you know of
someone(s) that may be able to help, please let me
know! We are looking all over the country and typically we're talking about a 3-5 minute segment -- great exposure!

I appreciate the help, everyone!

Very Best Regards,
Megan Hanceford

Re: Strange, Arty, & Sublime Homes & Gardens

Hi check this out
http://www.arcosanti.org/
I love this place!
I used to go visit all the time when I lived in Arizona they also have a smaller version in Scottdale AZ. I know this would be a great subject for you and great for them.
I 'm sure you can find some wacky places in Jerome AZ the whole town is built on the side of a mountain.

Hey do you need an assistant?
good luck,
Ameenah
