Iron Pour and Art Machine Performance in Asheville NC

This Saturday (6/14) from 8pm to 12am Flood Fine Art Center is sponsoring an Iron Pour & Art Machine Performance to take place in the Phil Mechanic Studios/Flood Fine Art Center parking lot on June 14 from 8:00 PM - 11:00 PM. We will be running 2 or 3 cupolas( a 10",14" and 16") for this event. It'll be a hot one! The event is part of the River Art District Summer Studio Stroll.

Check Salem Art Works (SAW) summer Iron pour program (Upstate NY)...they had one last Sunday and will be doing more...I'll make it to one of them for sure. Plus they have some monsterous DiSuvero's there as well as some gargantuan Lundberg's. Got to see the place. My Sins are installed privately just down the road from there. They are a great group or real sculptors, running the place the RIGHT way...

thanks that sounds great! i'm checking out their page now. oh, and do you now of any residency/assistanceship programs for cast iron artists besides SLOSS? (i love remi and the guys but that place is HAUNTED)
