My account of the London 2010 Conference

I've written up an account of the London 2010 Conference and posted it to my web site at http://helenglazer.com/writing/isc2010.html. The theme was "What is sculpture in the 21st century?" What kept coming up in the panels is that surrounding contexts seems to have become as important as objects themselves.

I've also posted photos of two exhibitions I saw there on my Flickr page at http://www.flickr.com/helenglazer.

Comments welcome!

Re: My account of the London 2010 Conference

Thanks for the anecdotes.
The last time someone shared a first-hand account of an ISC Conference was around 2004, so it's nice to see someone sharing their experiences once again.

Re: My account of the London 2010 Conference

Thank you Helen for this insightful description of the London 2010 conference.
I have also wanted to join in one of these conferences. Now I can see that I must.
Kind Regards
Blake
