Artists Contract with Corporation.

Hey anyone,
I have been notified of a new commission but the Corporation is asking me to supply the Contract.
This is unusual and I have had difficulty finding a contract that isn't just City based for services or State based for services.
Is there any where an artist can find a basic contract that is friendly to the artist and absent of all the hoopla that service contracts usually contain?

I like Tad Crawford's Business and Legal Forms for Fine Artists - it has sample contracts you can copy and use as well as talking points you might want to consider in adapting them to your situation: http://www.vlany.org/supportvla/bookspubs.php
