Need advice please

Hello, I worked on several commissions with another sculptor. I did the design work and final carving, he did the blocking and did have some input on design of one of the pieces. We have a website highlighting both our work. Unknown to me he posted photos which gave the impression that the work was essentially his. People have mentioned it both to him and me. He sees nothing wrong with it. Where before I was getting commissions on a fairly regular basis, they have dried up since the posting, also one of the agencies wrote about one of the pieces, removing me from the job. What should I do? I really need advice as to how to proceed.
Thanks

That's really a shame. Do you both 'sign' the works? Don't do any more work with him, unless you have an agreement 'in writing' that you will both share the recognition.
