the atlantian

here is a recent work, cast in a fiberglass backed resin..I havent posted in this forum forever so Im happy to be back . .

You certainly have plenty of imagination, skill and passion (as demonstrated in the other thread), so show us something that showcases ALL that, because this decorative piece does not.

I think it is quite lovely. Bit of a sci-fi fan a here and I am sure it is difficult to find variations on the "humanoid" that are both familiar enough to place the being while also being original enough to escape the myriad of variants already out there. The chest work is a nice touch.

Would you consider this "your" personal work or the commercial art you mentioned in the other thread?

I would think it makes sense to present this work "in context" and not against a fabric background. You should photoshop up a setting for her.

Do you do any 3D modeling?

Too bad Springfield hasnt been around lately. He and K would have hit it off famously.

And Glenn, your silence regarding KK's positions here is deafening...and I think I know why, and I dont blame you. We've all been over this so many times.
