john - I see you have a couple of questions up with different possible approaches for sales. Just to start things:

Somewhere back several months is a brief discussion on agents: essentially the same question as yours, with all comments negative, I think, but all from people just thinking about possibilities and no direct experience. As I remember, the main comments were to the effect that you’d have to share income with still another middle person. As always, the devil (or angel) probably is in the details.

Hope some good ideas develop in response to the questions.
