I would like to have several maquettes (12-18") which are Geometric designs (ie. flat surfaces, hard edges) cast in Bronze...

Is this do-able... and if so, any foundries/casters in the mid-west that could be recommended.

Thanks

Anything is possible...some things are just more challenging. Do you have images/sketches of what you want?

I'm curious about your choice of casting geometric forms in bronze over fabrication.
Can you post some images of the maquettes?

Fused:

Under the impression 'fabricated' maquettes that small were a bit more difficult and costly...

Also, would like to make a run of 4-6 of each, hence the casting.

Was told that 'casting' of flat surfaces with hard corners was difficult and would lose the 'precision' in the rubber molding process...

If not so, was looking for fabricators in the mid-west to hook-up with.

Thanks
